Integrative Health and Energy Center is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly we maintain the following privacy policy to protect the information you provide.
Confidentiality Policy: It is our policy that information such as your name, credit card number, postal and e-mail address, telephone number, and the items you purchase from us is private and confidential. Accordingly, the information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provided the information.
No Release of Information to Third Parties: We do not tolerate spam and will never sell, rent, or lease your details (name, address, email etc.) to any third party. Neither will you be sent unsolicited e-mail.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information: Our computer is not set up to track, collect, or distribute information about or web site visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which internet service provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses, or other information about or visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by our technical support staff. In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web sites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web sites, and what countries those requests came from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to our customers.
California State residents: California State health law does not allow the testing of specimens collected or mailed to California without a written order from a health care professional licensed to prescribe in California (MD, ND, DC, DO, NP, and LAc). Therefore, we are unable to process internet orders.
New York State residents: New York State health law prohibits the testing of specimens collected in or not from New York and prohibits the transmission of data from our laboratory to physicians or residents. therefore, we are unable to process internet orders at this time.
Return Policy
Integrative Health and Energy Center strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product, you may send the unused portion of the product back within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges. The saliva testing and blood spot testing products can only be returned if unused and unopened. Once your specimen is sent to ZRT Labs for testing there cannot be a refund.
